Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and of the software services operated by Neravo Systems ("we", "us"). Where a separate written agreement exists between Neravo Systems and a client, that agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.
2. The services
Our services are technical and operational: building software, running the infrastructure it depends on, and maintaining the backup, retention, and restore procedures for the systems we operate. They are provided to identified clients under agreement. This website does not offer a self-service product, an account, or a public sign-up.
3. Acceptable use
This website is informational. You may read it and link to it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system it describes, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
4. Third-party services
Some of the systems we operate integrate with third-party providers, including Google APIs. Those integrations are subject to the providers' own terms, and our handling of any data obtained through them is described in our Privacy Policy. Where such an integration accesses an account, that account is our own and is used only for the operational purpose described.
5. Availability
This website is provided as it is, without a service-level commitment. It may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time. Service levels for systems we operate for a client are set out in that client's agreement, not here.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website is owned by Neravo Systems. Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is determined by that engagement's agreement.
7. Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version is the one published here.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where a client agreement specifies a different governing law or forum, that agreement prevails for the engagement it covers.
